I love talking to users, hearing (and seeing) how they interact with technology, then working to balance their needs with those of the business. Using my understanding of psychology, research experience and design skills, I want to help build solutions that delight users.

With extensive experience in research, training and process improvement, my focus more recently has been building usable products by getting to the core of what users actually need. As a designer with a strong visual aesthetic and a background in psychology I combine these to thoroughly understand users’ problems through research and design delightful interfaces that solve them.
